Sometimes I pinch myself that I get to design my dream houses for a living. Boy do I love this house! I’m so excited to be sharing with you my latest Homearama Model Home The Captiva from Pride Mark Homes located at the picturesque Wilshire Hill in Pittsford, NY. I just love this new cabinet finish from INDE Showplace cabinets. Its a white cabinet with a gray graphite glaze. I nice alternative to the stark white. I chose this in a matte finish and the gray highlights accentuate the cabinets details. Quartz Countertops in Calcutta Vicenza with an eased edge. Richelieu Classic Metal drop pulls and knobs in oiled rub bronze.
The Laundry Room
The laundry cabinets are made from Wellborn in the Hancock door style painted in their signature Pebble color. Faux wood grained laminate counter in Wilsoart’s WHITE BARN. Richelieu classic metal and crystal knobs. Open shelving for easy access to supplies!
Covered Porch
The heart of The Captiva Homearama Model Home is the stone two-sided fireplace ( Beachwalk Ledger Stone) that can be seen from almost every room in the house. Just beyond the hearth room a huge covered porch beckons homeowners to enjoy views of the beautifully landscaped yard and cool summer breezes in the shade. The layout provides an easy transition to get closer to Mother Nature through two sets of French doors. The master bath is a simply gorgeous escape accented with spa like features and is appointed with a large beautiful tile walk in shower. oversized beveled white subway tiles and carrera marble floor and accents give this a clean and classic look. Showplace cabinetry in Hickory Covington Wide with a Lockport Gray wash in Matte Finish. Nickel Richelieu cabinet hardware. Hi, Amie! I loved The Captiva at Homearama this year…what a beautiful home! What is the tile used in the back hall and laundry room…loved the wood-look plank tiles mixed with the patterned tiles! Thanks!

Hi Karen- I’m not sure of the manufacturer but the wood tile is call Crate Charred Bark 6 by 24 and the stone tiles are Stone Claire Ashen 13″ by13″. so glad you liked it!
