Getting the House Ready for the Holidays w/ Hoover One Power Systems

When you host 45 guests for a sit down dinner on Christmas Eve and don’t have a cleaning crew to help get the house ready things can get overwhelming on top of an already hectic time of the year. I first was introduced to these products last August while attending The Haven Conference for Bloggers in Atlanta, GA. Hoover had a booth where they were sharing their newest ONEPWR cleaning systems. The booth was crowded and several blogger were waiting to speak with their experts. I WAS HOOKED on these products!

It’s all fun and games until one of your heirloom collectible glass ornament falls and breaks. As the fragile ornament hit the floor tiny shards of glass scattered all over the rug and hardwood floors. NO ONE MOVE! This was the first time that I got to see how the ONEPWR Cordless Hand Vac worked. I picked up a few larger pieces and the rest was sucked up in seconds and easily discarded in the garbage. Although I was crushed to see my ornament gone, I was glad to have the hand vac on hand so our dog Bo didn’t cut his paws on the tiny pieces.

It really doesn’t get any simpler. We removed the solution tank and added water and the multi-surface cleaner that provided with the Hoover wet jet system. There are even two options for surface cleaning areas- large and small. We have hardwoods throughout the entire house so we filled the water up to the large area line and topped to off with the multi-surface cleaner. The perfect ratio is all spelled out for you. We replaced the clear container in the back of the system and we were ready to go. 

3. CORDLESS CONVENIENCE

No cords means freedom to move around from corner to corner and not worry about vacuuming up a cord or tangling up with furniture. No more stopping to switch outlets when the cord length runs short.  

4. SLENDER & EASY TO MANEUVER

The slim cleaning and vacuuming component fits under kitchen cabinets, furniture and around dining chairs & tables with ease. The micro fiber brush can scrub up the toughest pet and food stains, leaving a fine polished appearance.

5. TASK LIGHT FOR TIGHT SPACES

I can tell you that you never know how much dirt you floor has until it is well lit! Oh my gosh. The dual lights help find the dirt and illuminate the surface allowing you to apply the cleaner to the floor. This feature helps you see where you’ve been and where you still need to go. 

6. YOU CAN SEE IT WORK

I honestly thought that my hardwood floors were clean but unlike other mopping systems that push the dirt around the Hoover One Power Cordless Cleaning System collected the soiled water in a separate tank. Look at all the dirt in just a few minutes. The ease of operation is what really hits home with this product. Easy access to all of the components including the solution tank and waste water tank.

7. BRUSH & ROLLER DRYING AND STORAGE TRAY

When the job is done the roller can be removed and cleaned easily by squeezing two buttons on the front. Not only can you empty all the debris but cleaning the easy click roller keeps the unit debris free and ready to tackle the next room. Access to rollers and dirty water is made simple with virtually no mess.

What we discovered with the Hoover ONEPWR Cleaning Systems is the ease operation mainly how versatile in so many clean up situations. Truly a multi-functional machine cleaning up wet messes and dried on dirt. In past years we struggled with stains left from ice control products in our foyer and entryways not to mention the canine paw prints of mud and who knows what else. Now guess what, no more mopping. We have found our answer.
