I’m always seeing SO many cool things… and then co I’m always seeing SO many cool things… and then convincing myself that one of them needs to come home with me. 😂
Today’s dilemma: which lamp belongs in our foyer? 💡
I have a favorite, but I want to know yours first?…
When @siblings sent me their Farm Tomatoes candle, When @siblings sent me their Farm Tomatoes candle, I was hooked. And then I found out their story started on a family horse farm outside Buffalo AND has Swedish influence. As a girl with Swedish roots living in Upstate NY, how perfect is that? 🇸🇪🍅
Fresh tomato leaf, basil, spearmint and green amber. It smells like you just walked through the garden, and I LOVE it.
Even better, Siblings candles are refillable. Melt it, pour it into a favorite vessel and keep using what you already have. Such a great concept.
Holding onto tomato season just a little longer. 🍅🌿
Thank you @siblings_essentials for sponsoring this reel!

Lately, life has felt very full. Work, projects, f Lately, life has felt very full. Work, projects, family, places to be and always something that needs my attention.
And then there’s this place. The minute I’m here, everything feels a little better. I reset. No matter how busy life gets, this view has a way of reminding me to stop and enjoy what we worked so hard to create. Saying goodbye is never easy, even when it’s only for a few days. One last look at the lake, close the door, back to reality.
See you this weekend, my happy place. 💙

Art isn’t something you rush. The right piece has Art isn’t something you rush. The right piece has a way of finding you, and when it does... you just know.
I’ve been searching for colorful beachy artwork for our screened porch for what feels like forever. Then I came across this piece, and it was one of those instant “ah-ha!” moments. It has all the colors, and summer feel I was hoping to bring into the porch.
The only problem? 😂 Now I’m wondering how I can track down a real umbrella for the deck!
What I also love is that there are so many options. You can order it as a print in several sizes or have it printed on canvas. Framing is completely optional, which is a huge bonus because sometimes a frame alone can cost what I paid for this entire piece of art! ($249.)That’s a win-win in my book.
If you’ve been waiting for the perfect piece too, take a look at FAB Art. Use my code AMIE10 to save on your order.
And if you bring one home, be sure to tag @thisisfabart on Instagram. I would love to see where you hang yours!

Some mornings don’t need an alarm... ⏰ I’m gratefu Some mornings don’t need an alarm... ⏰
I’m grateful for time here this weekend before going to work this afternoon, and to be reminded that not every moment has to be rushed. Sundays are my fav day of the week.
what’s one place that instantly brings you peace? Tell me in the comments. 🌞
If you know me, you know me. 🎨 Long before the con If you know me, you know me. 🎨
Long before the content, the collabs, and the crazy hats I wear, there was a girl with a paintbrush. My influencer journey started as an artist, sharing painting projects one mural at a time.
After a stroke in my 40’s doctors gave me strict orders to scale back on painting. And I listened... mostly. 😏 But when a favorite client asks if you know someone who can paint furniture? I raised my hand.
So here I am… a rainy day on Canandaigua Lake, just me, the clock ticking, and a bunch of wet ducks judging my brushwork 🦆🌧️ creating something one-of-a-kind and beautiful for someone who deserves nothing less.
Some things you just can’t scale back on. 💙🩵
