Let’s talk wallpaper! it’s no surprise that wallpaper has made a major comeback in the past few years. But as much as you may love intricate colors, patterns and designs, it has been a commitment both color wise and financially. The invention of peel and stick wallpaper has been a game changer for someone like me who changes their design style frequently. Installation is not easy but the ability to add wallpaper has never been more attainable and affordable. Last week my sister said to me I think my dining room needs some wallpaper. She mentioned she found a beautiful paper from Serena and Lily, but that it was $298 a roll not to mention the cost to have the paper hung. I told her I bet I can find something just as nice in peel and stick wallpaper. In two days, she had three rolls of paper delivered to her doorstep. Yesterday it took us around three hours to hang it. Out of the three rolls we only use two making this project a $70 makeover. I-think I delivered! 2024 was completely nuts! Nuts in a good way. This past year was filled with renovations, design, consulting, new construction, and a whole lot a real estate sales. At the end of the year, I sit back and think about how many projects I’ve worked on and how many homes I’ve transformed on top of being a real estate matchmaker. I absolutely love what I do and I’m looking forward to 2025. I’ve been on Instagram for a very long time. Today we celebrated Christmas early with our family from Buffalo. My dad’s side of the family is super small and we lost our Uncle this Fall. He hung on to meet his sixth grandchild Elliot. Today they came to ROC and we had an amazing time celebrating family. We were short one setting but uncle Don was there in spirit! Sending love and big hugs for those missing one around the table. 💔 We laughed, ate, took pictures, open gifts and shared cherished memories. 🫶🏼 It was a perfect day. Framing ✔️roofing ✔️town inspection ✔️ windows ✔️ plumbing ✔️My favorite is the round porthole window in the great room. 🫶🏼🤩 We’re just hoping to get the siding installed before the heavy snow arrives.
